Brief: Design a cohesive pattern collection for a conceptual Girlswear line (aged 4-8) focused on visual consistency inspired by a unified seasonal theme.
Outcome: Berry Bloom features three coordinating repeat patterns inspired by lemons, cherries, and strawberries. The collection was designed to create visual consistency while reflecting Spring 2026 girlswear trends.
Target Audience: Girls ages 4–8 with active, playful lifestyles. Designed for Spring 2026, the collection appeals to Millennial and older Gen Z parents seeking colorful, trend-conscious children's apparel at a mid-range price point. The coordinated fruit-inspired patterns provide a fresh, seasonal aesthetic suitable for everyday wear while maintaining a cohesive collection.
Fabric Considerations: The collection is designed for soft cotton jersey and cotton-spandex jersey knit fabrics, providing comfort, breathability, and flexibility for active children. Knit fabrics also enhance ease of movement while maintaining vibrant print quality for the fruit-inspired patterns.
